Saturday morning Mat Pilates is an all-inclusive, full body exercise class that tones, strengthens, and lengthens the muscles, improves flexibility and range of motion and leaves you feeling warm and invigorated to enjoy the weekend. Whether you are new to pilates or a self-confessed pilates junkie, Kelly will support you to feel your core muscles activated and your glutes fired up. Come prepared to smile and breathe your way through a dynamic and fun workout.
